Fascia, Soffits and Gutters

Your Fascia and soffits are an important part of your roof. They offer support for the lower courses of your roof and also provide means of fixing for your rainwater system, as well as contributing towards the appearance of your home. Timber Fascia and soffits can decay in the outside weather if not maintained properly. 

As is the case in a majority of households, they are often forgotten about as they aren’t easily viewed. In most cases you would never notice a problem until you noticed water spilling onto your external walls or cavity’s. This can cause internal damp problems if allowed to persist. 

At ADM we can offer full replacement of your Fascia, soffit and guttering systems to UPVC alternatives which are maintenance free but also aesthetically pleasing. We can provide various colors and profiles for you to browse from. 

We can also replace with timber if you prefer a more traditional method. 

Cladding

We also offer UPVC or Composite cladding for dormers and bay windows. We can remove your old cladding and provide new lead flashings, breathable felt and a choice of either UPVC or composite shiplap cladding. We are able to offer products that are UV resistant and will keep color for longer.
